Petitioner has filed the subject revision petition impugning order dated 08.02.2019, whereby the eviction petition filed by the respondent had been allowed.

Respondent had filed the subject eviction petition seeking eviction of the petitioner from one shop on the ground floor of property No. 3705, Chowk - Charkhey Walan, Delhi - 110006, more particularly as shown in red colour in the site plan annexed with the eviction petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has surrendered his tenancy and hand over the peaceful vacant possession of the tenanted premises to the respondent.

As a token of surrender of possession, he has handed over the keys of the tenanted premises to the respondent in the Court today. 5.
Learned counsel for the respondent accepts the surrender of tenancy and receives the peaceful vacant position of tenanted premises, subject to verification.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that all disputes between the parties are finally settled and now, there are no claims due against each other.
7.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
