The present petition under Section 25-B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act seeks the following prayers: - <That for the foregoing grounds, above-mentioned Civil Revision Petition of the Petitioner be accepted, impugned order dated 02.05.2019 passed by Shri Puneet Pahwa, Aggarwal, ARC-2 [Central], Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi thereby allowing the application of the Respondents herein filed for leave to defend and contest the eviction petition may kindly be ordered to be dismissed and the order of eviction, as prayed for in the eviction petition, may kindly be ordered to be passed in favour of the Petitioner herein. Any other relief[s] which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case may also kindly be granted in favour of the Petitioners.= 3.

It is pointed out that the matter is presently fixed at the stage of petitioner9s evidence before the learned ARC. In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with the prayer for expeditious disposal of the pending petition before the learned Trial Court. 5.

Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of. 6.

Learned ARC is requested to expedite the hearing of the petition and dispose of the same preferably within a period of one year without giving undue adjournment to either of the parties.
