% 30.04.2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties submitted that the matter stands settled between the parties.

The authorized representative of the petitioner, Mr.Lalit Mohan Chaudhary, Manager (Legal) is present and has been duly identified by his counsel.

The respondent workman is also present in person. In reply to a specific court query, he affirms the factum of settlement having arrived at between the parties.

released in favour of the workman/respondent along with interest accrued thereon.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the management does not oppose the prayer made by the respondent workman seeking release of the amount deposited in terms of order dated 7th August, 2019. However, it is further submitted that the said amount would be in full and final settlement of all the claims of the respondent workman.

In view of the above, on an oral request made on behalf of the respondent workman with no objection on behalf of the petitioner, the Registry is directed to release the amount deposited by the Management in terms of order dated 7th August, 2019 along with interest accrued thereon in favour of the workman on submitting his proof of identity. In view of the settlement having been arrived at between the parties, the petition is disposed of.
