This is a petition filed under Section 29A(4) and 29A(5) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 06 months from 09.07.2025. 2.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the arguments have been concluded and only the Award has to be passed. 3.

Issue notice. Mr. Khan, learned counsel appears for the respondent, accepts notice and has no objection to the petition being allowed. 4.

For the reasons noted above, I am satisfied that sufficient cause for delay has been shown. The petition is allowed and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a period of 06 months from 09.07.2025. 5.

The petition is disposed of.
