% 12.02.2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of appellant submitted that the matter has already been settled amicably between the parties and the settlement agreement dated 30th October, 2023 is on record. Hence, it is prayed that the matter may be disposed of as nothing is left in the present appeal for further adjudication. It is also submitted that the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement.
This Court has perused the settlement agreement dated 30th October, 2023 and found nothing unlawful therein.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, the instant appeal alongwith pending applications stands disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 30th October, 2023.
