This is a petition under Section 29A (4) & (5) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of six months for the learned Arbitral Tribunal to conclude the proceedings. 2.

Ms Somya, learned counsel appears for the respondent and states that the respondent has no objection if the petition is allowed. 3.

For the said reasons, the petition is allowed and a period of further six months are granted from today to the learned Arbitral Tribunal to conclude the arbitration proceedings and pass the Award.
