It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that in view of the statement made by the counsel for respondent no.2, he wants to withdraw the present petition.

Statement of Mr.Shiv Nath Mahanta, Counsel for the respondent no.2. Enrolment No.D/258/02 Without Oath I am the counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.2 in the present case. As per information given by respondent no. 2, a sum of Rs.2,94,688/- is due against the impugned orders passed in ATA No.79(4)/ 2001 on 16.11.2006 and in No.201/14/60/cir-VPA/AC/2405 on 22.12.2000. If the petitioner deposits the sum, the aforesaid orders stands satisfied and there will be no dues against these impugned orders.

I have received a cheque no.096703 of Rs.2,94,688/- dated 22.05.2015 drawn on Axis Bank Limited, Shahdara, Delhi (DL), New Delhi-110032 from the petitioner today i.e. 22.05.2015 which satisfies the entire dues against the impugned orders passed in ATA No.79(4) of 2001 on 16.11.2006 and in No.201/14/60/cir-VPA/AC/2405 on 22.12.2000.
