This writ petition is disposed of with the consent order that the respondent no.1 will give a hearing to the petitioners as to why the order dated 16.1.2014 should not have been passed and should be revoked. In this regard a personal hearing will be given to the petitioners or to the nominees of the petitioners. This exercise will be completed within a period of eight weeks from today. Petitioners will be given formal notice of the date when personal hearing will be granted to the petitioners and in such hearing petitioners can raise appropriate arguments/defences including by filing of documents as to why the order dated 16.1.2014 should not be recalled.
