It is seen that during the pendency of the instant writ petition, respondent no.1 has passed an order on 11.12.2023, whereby, the gates installed by R-3 have been regularised.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the grievance raised in the instant writ petition stands satisfied and the parties be bound by the said order.

In view of the said order, the Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the instant writ petition, directing the parties to be bound by the order dated 11.12.2023, unless the same is modified or cancelled. 4.

Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of alongwith all pending applications.
