Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that there is typographical error in the order dated 05.11.2019.

The order dated 05.11.2019 runs as under:- " the complaint in question pertains to PS Greater Kailash which falls under the jurisdiction of South"...

It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for the petitioner that in the above order, the PS should have been Safdarjung Enclave instead of PS Greater Kailash.

Since the complaint pertains to PS Safdarjung Enclave which falls under the jurisdiction of District South, the application seeking rectification

of order dated 05.11.2019 stands allowed.

The order dated 05.11.2019 stands modified.

Let the complaint in question be placed before the District and Sessions Judge, District South, Saket Courts, New Delhi for transfer to competent court. Let the complainant appear before learned District and Sessions Judge, District South, Saket, New Delhi on 13.12.2019 for further proceedings.
