% 24.09.2019 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator. Service on this petition has been effected on the respondent and is being represented by Mr. Prateek Badhwar, Adv. who states that respondent is agreeable to appoint Sh. B.L. Garg within two weeks from today who was appointed as an Arbitrator in the earlier round of litigation. This submission of the learned counsel for the respondent is agreeable to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

If that be so, respondent shall appoint Sh. B.L. Garg as an Arbitrator within two weeks from today. His appointment shall be regulated by the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The petition stands disposed of.
