The parties have amicably resolved their disputes through mediation. The terms of the settlement recorded in the settlement agreement dated 12th October, 2018 which is signed by both the parties. The settlement agreement along with Annexures A, B and C is marked as Ex.C1. 2.

Learned counsels for the parties submit that Annexure C has not been attached to the settlement agreement. Annexure C is handed over by counsel for the plaintiff and is taken on record and is attached to the settlement agreement dated 12th October, 2018.

The settlement between the parties is lawful and is recorded. The suit is decreed in terms of the settlement Ex.C1. Ex.C1 shall form part of the decree. Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 4.

Pending applications are disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
