The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a resident of Delhi and has no link with the bank accounts involved in the alleged money transaction. He submits that he was not named in the FIR, but was only later named by one of the co-accused. He further submits that the applicant shall duly appear before the concerned court/Investigating Officer (IO).

Keeping in view the submissions made hereinabove and also the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case, the applicant is granted interim transit bail for a period of 10 days, subject to the conditions:

(i) that the Applicant shall not leave the country; (ii) that the Applicant shall duly appear before the concerned court/ IO within the said period; and, (iii) that the Applicant shall not, in any manner, tamper with the evidence of the case.
