This is an application preferred on behalf of the applicant under Section 438 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 607/2023 under Sections 356/379/34 IPC registered at PS: Moti Nagar.

Even as per the prosecution, the persons who had snatched the Mangal Sutra from the complainant have already been arrested and the charge sheet has been filed. It has come in the disclosure statements of these persons that they have sold the Mangal Sutra to the petitioner. 3.

Thus, without going into further deliberation, the petitioner is admitted to Anticipatory Bail and be released in the event of his arrest on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO, subject to the following conditions:

a) the Petitioner shall appear as and when directed by the Investigating Officer/court concerned;

b) the Petitioner shall under no circumstances leave India without prior permission of the Court concerned;

c) the Petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case; d) the Petitioner shall provide his mobile number to the Investigating Officer and keep it operational at all times; and e) In case of change of residential address and/or mobile number, the Petitioner shall intimate the same to the Investigating Officer/ Court concerned by way of an affidavit.

It is made clear that the expression of any opinion hereinabove may not be treated as an expression on the merits of the case. 5.

In view of the above, the petition along with all other pending applications stand disposed of.
