It appears that the appearance of the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 viz. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Pathak has not been recorded. The same has been inadvertently omitted due to rush of the work. 3.

The said application is allowed and it is provided that the appearance of Mr. Sanjay Kumar Pathak shall be reflected in the aforesaid order as well as the judgment.
