This is a petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 CPC to invoke the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court seeking directions to learned ADJ-05, West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Civ.DJ/610793/16 titled as "Janak Kumari Sagar vs Subhash Chabra" to expedite the matter.
