Issue notice to show cause as to why rules nisi be not issued. 2.

Ms. Neha Rastogi, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Time is sought by the respondents to file counter affidavit. Let the same be filed within six weeks from today. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed before the next date. 4.

The writ petitioner makes a grievance that the details relating to Khasra Nos.460/1 and 460/2 in the Revenue Estate of Village Khera Khurd, Delhi have been illegally and mala fide deleted from the records. It is further submitted that the boundaries of Khasra W.P.(C) 915/2017

Nos.462 and 460/1 have also been illegally and mala fide changed. The petitioners also complains that the same have purportedly being done in compliance with the order dated 31st August, 1988 passed by the ld.

Sub-Divisional Magistrate in Case No.2087/SDM/RA.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that on moving a proper application for certified copy of such case, it was learnt that no such file has been consigned.

The writ petitioner submits that representations to this effect were made to the authorities who have failed to take action thereof. 7.

In view thereof, this writ petition does not need to detain us at this stage. The respondents are directed to treat this writ petition and the enclosures as a representation and to take a considered view thereon within a period of eight weeks from today. 8.

The petitioner may be given an opportunity of hearing by the respondents before taking a final view in the matter. The date and time of the hearing shall be communicated to the petitioner by registered A.D. post.

This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
