The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to assail the order dated 17.05.2024 passed by learned ADJ-03, South, Saket Courts, New Delhi (hereinafter referred as „Trial Court‟) in CS DJ 9366/2016 titled as "Kamla Devi vs Union of India & Ors.".

After addressing some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition submitting that he shall make all submissions as made before this Court with respect to summoning The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Permission to withdraw with liberty as per law as prayed for is granted that in case the petitioner move an appropriate application before the learned Trial Court with respect to summoning of the aforesaid witnesses on or before the next date fixed, the learned Trial Court shall consider the application as per law on its merit.
