% 13.11.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner-accused seeks directions thereby to release him on bail in FIR No.03/2017 registered at P.S. Sagarpur for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/498A/34 IPC. The case of the petitioner is that all public witnesses have already been examined and out of 23 witnesses, 16 prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 05.01.2017. The above facts have not been disputed. Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is lingering in jail since 05.01.2017 and 16 PWs are yet to be examined, the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
