The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: - "a) It is therefore, respectfully prayed to this Hon‟ble Court to setaside the order of grant Regular Bail to the Accused/Respondent no. 2 namely Hanish @ Anis passed by Ld. ASJ, (Special FTC), North-West, Rohini Courts, Delhi vide order dated 08.07.2023 in case FIR no. 2022, U/s 376/354/354-A IPC, PS:- Bharat Nagar, Delhi and;

(b) Notice be issued to the Respondent no. 2/Accused/Respondent no. 2 of the present application, in the interest of justice." 3.
