The petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 194/2018 of PS Vivek Vihar for offences under Section 420/406/120B/34 IPC. Broadly speaking, the allegation against the petitioners is that they floated some chit fund committee and investments scheme named Lucky Scheme in which many persons invested their money, but subsequently the petitioners refused to pay back. Mediation was carried out between the present petitioners and the complainant de facto. It appears that the mediator failed to notice that apart from the complainant de facto, there were a few other victims also. present petitioner no.2, the Trial Court has already issued non-bailable warrants on 20.05.2025. Not only this, learned prosecutor on instructions from IO/SI Manvendra submits that even the complainant de facto is not aware about the present proceedings.

In furtherance of circumstances mentioned in pre-lunch session at the call of the case, respondent no. 2 has appeared on being informed by the IO. Respondent no. 2 submits that she did not receive any money from petitioners.

As recorded in previous call, there are multiple victims of cheating in this case.

Since none appears even in second call, the petition is dismissed in default.
