Counsel for respondent, on instructions of the IO Insp. Rajesh Kumar, PS DIU, Outer (North District) states that final report is now ready and shall be filed within the next two days.

Counsel for petitioner however, points out to the non-compliance of order dated 23rd September 2023 whereby IO was directed to complete investigation within next 6 months and file the final report. 3.

It is however stated by Insp. Rajesh Kumar, that the final report could be filed previously as they had to issue notices to various agencies to procure the material, on which basis investigation was to be conducted and now since the process is complete, the final report is in shape and shall be filed shortly.

This Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed of, with liberty to petitioner to get the same revived in case of continued infraction in respect of the relief sought.
