Petitioner seeks revival of Contempt Case (C) No. 902/2024. 2.
Earlier when the contempt petition was taken up by this Court on 28.05.2024, taking note of the submissions of the respondent that the representation shall be positively decided within a period of eight weeks, no further orders were passed. However, liberty was granted to the petitioner to revive the contempt petition in case the grievance of the petitioner still survived.

Learned counsel for respondent has now informed that communication has been sent to the petitioner to attend the office of Deputy Director (LAB), Room No. 103, First Floor, C-2 Block, Vikas Sadan, INA, New Delhi on working Monday or Thursday between 2.30 PM to 5.00 PM and to come along with all the supportive documents related to the plot in question so that CONT.CAS(C) 902/2024 1 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. further action is accordingly taken.

It seems that on account of some communication gap, petitioner could not appear before the concerned authority.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he would instruct petitioner to attend the office of aforesaid officer on coming Monday i.e. 23.12.2024. 6.
It is expected that within further period of eight weeks from that day, the representation is decided by the respondent in terms of the direction given earlier on 17.11.2023 in W.P. (C) No. 13761/2023. 7.
In view of the above, at the moment, petitioner does not press his application.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
