Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Under challenge in this writ petition is a notification dated 23.12.2024. This Court in its order dated 14.09.2023, noted that the respondents had initiated a consultation process in order to explore the resolution of the difficulties faced by the members of the petitioners and several meetings have been conducted to the said effect.

Thereafter, as a result of the consultation process, as stated by learned counsel for the respondents, most of the difficulties as expressed by the petitioners have been sorted out and accordingly, a fresh notification dated 03.06.2025 has been issued.

dated 03.06.2025, however, it has been stated on behalf of the respondents that in respect of the said notification as well, several meetings of the representatives of the petitioners with the officials of their department have been held and representation made in respect thereof, is under consideration, which will be decided within a period of two months. 5.
It has further been stated by the learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions received from the office of Joint Secretary (Plant Protection), Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare, that for a period of two months or till the representation is decided, the notification dated 03.06.2025 shall be deferred. 6.
In view of the aforesaid, nothing needs to be adjudicated any further in this writ petition which is hereby, disposed of in terms of the statement made on behalf of the respondents.

We, however, provide that in case, once the representation which is said to be under consideration with the respondents is decided, and the petitioners have any other grievance, it will be open to them to take recourse to the legal remedies which may be available to them at the relevant point of time.
