The present petition under Section 10 and 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:

"(a) Punish the contemnor, for properly non-compliance of order dated 06.04.2023 passed by the Hon'ble High Court, in W.P(C) No. 5022/2019, in accordance with law; and (b) Pass any other further order(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents."

None appears on behalf of the petitioner. There was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing, i.e., 25.07.2025. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed in default for non-prosecution and disposed of accordingly.
