The present petition has been filed on the apprehension that the respondents are desirous of interfering with the painting exhibition titled as "Anti-War Paintings and Artworks", proposed to be held by the petitioner at his private residence i.e., House No.49, Third Floor, State Bank Colony, Model Town, Delhi-110009 on 25.05.2025.

On a query, learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the aforesaid event being organized by the petitioner, is largely in the nature of a private event, and the petitioner expects no more than 15 to 20 people to attend the same.

Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, submits, on instructions, that the respondents do not have any intention to interfere with aforesaid event, except to ensure that there is no law and order situation.

since the petitioner has clarified that the event proposed to be held is largely private in nature, to be attended by no more than 15 to 20 people, the respondents shall not interfere with the same, subject to any unforeseen circumstance/s which warrant intervention.

In the circumstances, while taking on record the aforesaid statement on behalf of the respondents, no further order/s are required to be passed in the present petition; the same is, accordingly, disposed of. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
