The school leaving certificate has been issued to the Director, SOS Children's Village, Bawana. He is present in Court and states that the petitioner is proposed to be admitted to Ravi Shankar, Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya, Bawana. He further states that Dr Princy Pandit is the principal of the said school.

Given the peculiar circumstances of this case, the Principal, Ravi Shankar, Sarvodaya Kanya Vidayala, Bawana, is requested to admit the petitioner forthwith and to ensure that necessary forms are forwarded to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in order to enable the

petitioner to sit in the ensuing CBSE Board examination. 3.

This Court had also directed the concerned authorities to do the needful on the strength of the order dated 19.08.2019 and therefore, no further orders in this regard are necessary. It is expected that all authorities shall do so without any delay.

The Director, SOS Chldren's Village, Bawana is at liberty to apply in case if he faces any impediment to ensure compliance of this order. 5.

The petition is disposed of.
