The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Sections 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeks following prayers:- "a. Initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondent/ Contemnor No.1 & 2 for deliberate and willful disobedience of the Order dated 05 September 2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in WP(C) No. 2172 of 2023; and/ or b. Direct the Respondent/ Contemnor No.1 & 2 to comply with the Judgment 5th September 2024 passed by this Hon 'ble Court in Civil Writ Petition being No. 2172 of2023; and/ or c. Pass an Order punishing the Respondent/ Contemnor No.1 & 2 for contempt of Court; and/ or d.
