CRL.M.C. 4390/2024, CRL.M.A. 16663/2024 Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 („Cr.P.C.‟) has been preferred on behalf of petitioner against judgment dated 30.03.2024 passed by learned ASJ / Special Judge (NDPS), North-East District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi, whereby, Criminal Revision No. 14/2024 preferred on behalf of petitioner (accused before learned Trial Court in proceedings under Section 138 NI Act) was dismissed. After partly making some submissions, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition.
