The present application has been filed by the Petitioner for correction/modification of a typographical error in the Order dated 08.07.2024 passed by this Court.

It is stated that in Paragraph No.6 of the Order dated 08.07.2024, inadvertently "six weeks" has been mentioned instead of "six months". 3.

In view of the above, Paragraph No.6 of the Order dated 08.07.2024 will now be read as under:

"6. In view of the fact that evidence has been led and the Judgment dated 10.01.2022 has been passed, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial in the present complaint and decide the same within a period of six months from today more so in view of the fact that all other complaints have already been heard and decided."
