% 25.11.2019 ARB.P. 498/2019 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an independent and impartial Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes the between the parties. Today, learned counsel for the respondents has handed over to me a panel of four names, out of which one name can be chosen for appointment as sole Arbitrator. Learned counsel for the petitioner has consented for appointment of Mr. Sant Bhushan Lal (BE/Civil, LLB), Retired Chief Engineer (Arb.) / Department of Telecommunication as Sole Arbitrator. Accordingly, this Court appoints Mr. Sant Bhushan Lal as the Sole Arbitrator. The appointment of Arbitrator shall be regulated by the

Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and amendments made thereof. A copy of this order be sent to Mr. Sant Bhushan Lal, C-5/21, Grand Vasant, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi - 110070.

The petition stands disposed of.
