This is a petition under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, filed by the Petitioner- M/s. Pragati Construction Consultants with respect to the award dated 25th April, 2022, against the Union of India. 3.

This petition was filed and listed on the first date i.e., on 1st September, 2022 under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The matter has been adjourned at the request of the Petitioner, since then. Even today adjournment is being sought. On 11th September, 2023, costs were also imposed of Rs. 25,000/-. The Court is not inclined to give further opportunities to the Petitioner.

The petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. All pending applications are disposed of.
