Devender Kumar Garg, learned CMM, North-East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, to a court of competent jurisdiction is sought on the ground that the present case falls within the jurisdiction of Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

Learned counsel for respondent states that he has no objection if the complaint case No. 1036/2016 is transferred from North-East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi to Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. Heard.

In view of the above, let this case be put up before learned District and Sessions Judge, District Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on 16.12.2019 to assign it to the court of competent jurisdiction.
