This petition has been filed by the petitioners, challenging the Orders dated 13.05.2022, 18.05.2022 and 03.08.2022 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the, 'Tribunal'), in CP No. 92/2020 arising out of O.A. No. 3215/2019, titled Yogender Kumar Tomer v. Durga Shankar Mishra & Ors..
