The present petition filed under Section 447 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 seeks transfer of the proceedings arising from FIR No. 643/2015, registered at P.S. Adarsh Nagar in Crl. Case No. 1621/2021 as well as FIR No. 644/2015, registered at P.S. Adarsh Nagar in Crl. Case No. 1622/2021, from the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, North District, Rohini Court to the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patiala House Court, New Delhi, where the primary FIR No. 737/2007 is being tried. 2.
In compliance with the directions of this Court issued vide order dated 23rd May, 2025, the Petitioner has placed on record affidavits of the other co-accused in the aforementioned FIR, who have also expressed their agreement with the prayer made in the present petition. 1 "BNSS"

Mr. Mukesh Kumar, APP for the State, on instructions, states that in order to avoid any conflict of opinion, the Court may pass appropriate orders.

Having regard to the aforementioned facts, in order to prevent any multiplicity of proceedings, as well as considering the overlap of issues involved in the aforesaid FIRs, the present petition is allowed. It is accordingly directed that the proceedings emanating from FIR No. 0643/2015 (Crl. Case No. 1621/2021), P.S. Adarsh Nagar and FIR No. 0644/2015 in (Crl. Case No. 1622/2021) also registered at P.S. Adarsh Nagar, pending before CJM, North District, Rohini Court be transferred to the court of ACJM-02, Patiala House Court, New Delhi, to be tried along with FIR No. 737/2007.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
