By way of present application, the petitioners seek correction in the order dated 28.05.2024 vide which the FIR No. 259/2022 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC and Sections 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act at P.S. Bhajan Pura, Delhi came to be quashed on account of settlement having been arrived at between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the parties had obtained the divorce on the grounds of cruelty however, inadvertently the aforesaid order mentioned that it was granted on mutual consent. The order dated 28.05.2024 stands modified to the aforesaid extent. 3.
