The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been filed by the petitioner seeking setting aside of the order dated 22.03.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, South-West, Dwarka vide which the criminal revision petition No. 693/2023 was dismissed in default.
