seeking further directions to the respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), to take action against the unauthorized construction existing in the property in question, i.e., property bearing no. 2255, Sarai Top Khana, H.C. Sen Road, Koria Pul, Chandni Chowk, Delhi-110006. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition was disposed of by order dated 21st November, 2025, on the basis of the Status Report dated 20th November, 2025, wherein, it had been indicated that partial demolition action had already been undertaken against the property in question.

He submits that the whole construction in the property in question is unauthorized, and that two more floors have been constructed on the subject property.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsels appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 4.

Issue notice to respondent no. 5, by all modes, upon filing of the Process Fee.

Let Status Report/reply be filed by the respondents within a period of four weeks, from today.

Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within a period of two weeks, thereafter.
