% 10.01.2020 This petition primarily has been filed being aggrieved of the way the evidence of the respondent herein has been recorded by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Courts, West District in HMA No. 293/2019.

The petitioner, who appears in person, submits that certain question were disallowed and the respondent was not allowed to be confronted with the documents, which infact, had been filed by the respondent herself. The documents were also not marked/exhibited though in the cross-examination of the respondent exhibit number was given to them. I have heard the petitioner in person and the learned counsel for the respondent. As the cross-examination of the respondent has not been closed, the learned Judge would continue recording the cross-examination, however, shall record the specific objections of the respondent/her counsel while

allowing/disallowing the question asked by the petitioner and rendering her opinion thereon. For this purpose, the petitioner may be allowed to reconfront the respondent with the questions that the petitioner had asked during the cross-examination conducted on 03.08.2019 The petition is disposed of with the above directions.
