O R D E R

% 09.05.2025 I.A. 11799/2025 (O-XXIII Rule 3 of CPC) 1.

This is a joint application filed on behalf of the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking recording of settlement arrived at between the plaintiff and the defendants. 2.

The application bears the signatures of the authorized representatives of the plaintiff and the defendants as well as their respective counsel. The application is duly supported by affidavits of the authorised representatives of the plaintiff as well as the defendants.

The terms of the settlement are recorded in paragraph 2 of the application.

I have gone through the terms of the settlement and do no find anything unlawful therein.

5.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 6.

The application stands disposed of.

In view of the order passed in I.A. 11799/2025, the present suit is decreed in terms of the aforesaid application. The said application shall form part of the decree sheet.

One of the terms of the settlement is that a direction be issued to defendant no. 4 for unlocking the two domain names www.thejuggernaut.com and www.jgnt.co of the defendants no.1 and 2 and removing restrictions to their access.

8.1 Plaintiff has no objection for the same.

Accordingly, a direction is issued to the defendant no. 4 to unlock the aforesaid two domain names and provide access to the defendants no.1 and 2 within 48 hours.

Decree sheet be drawn up in above terms.

In view of the fact that the matter has been settled, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 50% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff, in terms of Section 16A of the Court Fees Act, 1870. 12.
