Petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of her suit whereby she seeks permanent and mandatory injunction.

Petitioner is reportedly a senior citizen and the suit was instituted in the year 2022 and the issues have yet not been framed. 3.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner does not press present petition. He, however, seeks liberty to move appropriate application in this regard before learned Trial Court citing urgency in the matter, necessitating expeditious disposal. 4.

In view of above, present petition, alongwith pending applications, stands disposed of as not pressed and liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
