The Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the Order dated 27.02.2023 passed by the Respondent suspending the certificate of registration granted to the Petitioner.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Respondent that by Order dated 10.01.2024 passed by the Ministry of Home of Affairs, Govt. of India, the certificate of registration of the Petitioner stands cancelled. 3.
In view of the above, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take all such remedies as may be available in accordance with law. 4.
Permission and liberty, as sought for, are granted. 5.
