Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and a settlement agreement has been executed on 28.05.2024. Mediation report has been sent by the learned Mediator, which is on record. 2.

In furtherance of the settlement, learned counsel for Respondent No.1 hands over three cheques for a total amount of Rs.18,25,000/- towards payment of gratuity, ex-gratia and arrears under the 7th Central Pay Commission to the Petitioner, who is present in Court. 3.

In view of the settlement and receipt of all her dues, the Petitioner does not press the petition as the grievances of the Petitioner stand redressed.
