Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since by virtue of the 'Guidelines for Floorwise Sanction/ Regularization' dated 28.06.2022 issued by the Office of the Additional Commissioner (BLDG.), HQ, Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), the floor wise sanction/ regularization has been allowed without there being a requirement for submitting NOC/ signatures from the co-owners, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition and file a fresh application within a period of four weeks seeking sanctions of the construction of third floor. 2.

The liberty as sought by the petitioner is granted albeit, strictly in accordance of law.
