The present petition under Section 397/401 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

"a) Call for the entire records of the of the Sessions case bearing No. 691/2022 , tiled as " State Vs Sanjeev Jain & Ors Pending before MS Sheetal Chauhary Pradhan , LD ASJ-02, South -East District, Saket Court Delhi.

b) Allow the present petition and set aside the order dated 20.10.2023 and 06.03.2024 thereby allowing the application under section 227 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioners; and/or (c) Pass any other or further order as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper"
