Further to the order dated 31.01.2024, Mr. Mukesh Gupta, learned counsel for Municipal Corporation of Delhi ["MCD"], confirms that the petitioner's dues have been satisfied under the "Samriddhi Scheme" of MCD. He, however, submits that in the event the petitioner's declaration is found to be fraudulent, MCD would be at liberty to re-open the case. 2.
The petition is disposed of in view of the fact that the grievances of the petitioner have been satisfied. In the event the necessity arises in future, parties will be free to avail their remedies in law.
