The present writ petition has been filed challenging the Letter dated 28th April, 2025, issued by the respondent, by way of which, the petitioner has been debarred from participating in the tenders floated by respondent for one year.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the action of debarring the petitioners of the respondent, is arbitrary and without any proper Show Cause Notice or opportunity for a hearing. Therefore, the same is in violations of Principles of Natural Justice.

Thus, it is prayed that the said letter issued by the respondent qua blacklisting, be set aside.

Today, learned counsel for respondent, on instructions, submits that since no Show Cause Notice with regard to blacklisting has been issued to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the petitioner, respondent is in the process of withdrawing the said Letter dated 28th April, 2025.

Accordingly, the aforesaid statement is noted. 6.

Needless to state that when the respondent is withdrawing its letter with regard to debarment/blacklisting of the petitioner, any action that has been taken by the respondent, pursuant to the order of blacklisting/debarment of the petitioner, shall also stand withdrawn. 7.

Accordingly, noting the aforesaid, the present writ petition, along with pending applications, stands disposed of.
