This is an application filed by the defendant seeking rejection of the plaint.

Learned counsel for the applicant/defendant states that the plaintiff has failed to comply with the order dated 28.05.2024 passed by this Court. 2.1 He states that the plaintiff had sought enlargement of time to pay the Court fee vide I.A. 30649/2024. He states that the time to pay the Court fee was enlarged by eight (8) weeks and the said period has since expired on 23.07.2024. He states that, however, as per the record, the plaintiff has failed to deposit the Court fee during the extended period. 3.
