1. It is stated that the value of the claim, which is under challenge by the DDA under its petition in this application, being IA No.5378/2008, is far less than Rs. 1 crore.

2. In that view of the matter, the suit and the pending application are transferred to the Court of District Judge, South East, Saket District Court.
