The appellant has filed the present appeal being aggrieved by an order dated 11.12.2017 passed by the Family Court dismissing an application moved by him under Order 12 Rule 6 CPC relying on admissions purportedly made by the respondent/wife in her written statement. 2.

The present appeal is accompanied by an application for seeking condonation of delay of 574 days in filing the present appeal. 3.

After some hearing, Mr. Munyal, learned counsel for the appellant states that he does not wish to press the present appeal and seeks leave to withdraw the same.

Leave as prayed for is granted. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending applications.
